What to Do If Your iPhone Cannot Connect to App Store
You must know too many iphone repair knowledge when you need to repair your phone, so i always share with you some tips about how to repair it in a rapid time. Today, i will share with you how to repair your iphone APP store
First, we need to know what reasons causes this problem.
1. The iPhone memory storage has no free space
2. The Apple ID not working on App Store
3. Wi-Fi or cellular data network unavailable
4. Software problems
5. App Store server problem
6. Hardware problems
After analysis the reasons, please check the repair guides as follows
1. Clear iPhone Memory
If you do have enough free space on your iPhone, then it won't allow you to download anything.
In order to clear iPhone memory, please go to Settings > General > Usage to see how various apps have utilized your phone’s storage. Later, you can manually clear its memory.
2. Re-login Apple ID
As we know, if we need download Apps from App Store, we need use our Apple ID, we need login them and then we can download Apps.
Perhaps the Apple ID is not synchronized with the Apple Store, in order to solve this problem, we need to log out of our Apple ID from iPhone and log in again.
Please go to Settings->iTunes and App Store, click Apple ID on iPhone display screen and then choose "Sign out", after a while, please restart your phone and log-in again with your Apple ID.
3. Make sure the network is available
About iPhone network, one is cellular data network and the other one is WIFI network, we need to make sure the network is available on iPhone, WiFi Network will be better.
In order to check iPhone WIFI network, please go to Settings -> WiFi, choose a available network, and then connect it. If there is no available WIFI network, please go to Settings -> Cellular, and then turn on the iPhone Cellular button.
4. Restart iPhone
For simple iPhone software issues, such as crashed App, we can fix it by restarting.
For restart iPhone 8 and earlier, please press and hold the iPhone power button until the slider appears, drag the slider to turn your device completely off, after the device turns off, press and hold the Top (or Side) button again until you see the Apple logo.
For restart iPhone X, please press and hold the iPhone power button and either volume button until the slider appears, drag the slider to turn your iPhone X completely off, after your iPhone X turns off, press and hold the power button again until you see the Apple logo.
5. Update IOS
Some software error can't be solved by restarting, and Apple always try to solve it by updating IOS.
In order to update IOS, first you can update it on your iPhone, please go to Settings -> General-> Software Update. Before you update IOS with this method, please make sure your iPhone is connected to available WIFI network, and keep your iPhone battery power more than 50%.
The other one is connect your iPhone to computer with iPhone lightning cable, and then use latest iTunes to update IOS.
6. Check App Store status
Sometimes it is App Store server issue, check other iPhone App Store to see whether they working or not, if all is not working, then you can feedback it to Apple Store or wait some days.
7. Send it to Apple Store or iPhone repair shop
If none of the above steps working, then perhaps it is iPhone hardware problems, you can send your iPhone to Apple store or iPhone repair shop to repair, they will repair it with professional phone repair tools and phone repair skills.
